REGISTRATION POLICY

For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors should have a full or student registration in order to have the paper included in the preprints and the post-conference on-line proceedings at IFAC-PapersOnLine. A single full or student registration allows to upload one (1) paper. One additional paper could be upload with an extra-fee (only in the case of full registrations). Registration must be done before the final submission of the accepted paper.

TYPES OF REGISTRATION:

Full Registration:

The full registration covers:

- Admission to technical sessions
- Conference material, including the Proceedings.
- 4 nights (17-20 Sept) full board at the conference site (Hotel NH Collection )
- Conference Banquet
- One accepted paper included in the preprints and the post-conference on-line proceedings at IFAC-PapersOnLine.
- One additional paper could be upload with an extra-fee. 
 

This registration allows the registration of one accompanying person. This includes

- 4 nights (17-20 Sept) double room, full board at the conference site
- Conference Banquet

 

Student Registration

This is a double registration (shared room) for students and covers

- Admission to technical sessions
- Conference material, including the Proceedings.
- 4 nights (17-20 Sept) full board at the conference site (Hotel NH Collection ) for two students in a double room
- Conference Banquet
- Two accepted papers included in the preprints and the post-conference on-line proceedings at IFAC-PapersOnLine.

LATE REGISTRATION

Rooms at the conference site can only be guaranteed for people registered before August 10.

Late registration may lead to book a room at the Hotel NH Sevilla Viapol (located at 5 min walking from conference site), depending on the availability of rooms at the conference venue.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

- Cancellation can only be done by email to the Conference Secretariat

- Refunds:

                - Before August 10: 90% of the fee will be refunded

                - Before August 31: 50 % of the fee will be refunded

                - After August 31: there will be no refunds.

- For exceptional cases, please send an email to the NOC.

- Force Majeure: Unexpected cancellation of the conference. The Organizing Committee reserves itself the right to cancel NMPC’15 conference without notice or compensation in the event of force majeure cases (for example, but not limited to acts of nature such as fire, earthquake, hurricane, flood or terrorist attacks). In such cases, the NOC is freed of all responsibility. In this case, the Organizing Committee shall only be obliged to reimburse the payment received subject to deduction of any costs it has incurred in preparing the event.
